About Connections

Passages Connections is a Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) mental health outreach program, designed to provide screening and referral for adults 60 and older in Butte County, who may want or need help with emotional issues in their lives. Visits may take place in the client’s home as needed. The Connections program also provides mental health, older adult education and training to the Butte County community at large.
