Glenn County
Glenn Ride
Serving Glenn County, the Glenn Ride provides seven round trips every weekday and three round trips on Saturday from Willows to Chico with en-route service to Artois, Orland and Hamilton City.
Transportation assistance such as Dial-A-Ride Service and Volunteer Medical Transport are special service programs. Eligibility criteria: Seniors 60 years of age or older, Permanent Disability, Low income receiving Social Service Assistance or low income non-assisted (based on current federal poverty income guidelines). Applications for Transit Service Cards are available at the Paratransit Services Office and the Glenn County Public Works Office.

Tehama County
Tehama Rural Area Express
Fixed route bus service connecting Red Bluff, Corning, Los Molinos, Gerber, Tehama and places in between. City routes are available in Red Bluff and Corning, and regional routes are available along the Highway 99E & 99W corridors which connect to city routes.
ParaTRAX is a dial-a-ride transit service in the greater Red Bluff area for seniors 65 and older and persons with disabilities. ParaTRAX is a “rideshare” program – multiple trips are routed as efficiently as possible. Advance reservations are required and there is an additional charge for same-day service. Medical Transportation Services (METS)
Volunteer drivers provide Non-emergency transportation to medical appointments for Tehama County residents who have been certified for the METS program (there is an application process). Volunteer drivers are not trained and are not allowed to provide medical or personal assistance to METS passengers. Call METS at 530-385-2200 or 1-800-982-6638 for more information.
Colusa County
Colusa County Transit
Colusa County Transit is a dial-a-ride system with fixed timed routes to: Colusa, Williams, Arbuckle, Maxwell, Princeton, Grimes, Sites, and Stonyford.
Colusa County Transit Agency (CCTA) also offers transportation to Out-of-County Medical Appointments with transport to Chico, Davis, Lincoln, Marysville, Oroville, Roseville, Sacramento, Willows, Woodland, and Yuba City. Medical appointments must be made before 1:00 pm. No exceptions.

Plumas County
Plumas Transit Systems
Plumas Transit Systems operates fixed route services for Plumas County. Scheduled routes currently serve:
- Chester to Quincy (three daily routes)
- Portola to Quincy (three daily routes)
- Quincy/East Quincy (six daily routes with evening service)
